No. ROC and AAC R4-9-112 price residential general, residential specialty, commercial general (including engineering), and commercial specialty work differently by expected annual volume. Dual licenses add the matching residential and commercial pieces.
Do residential or dual contractors need anything beyond the classification bond?
Yes. A.R.S. § 32-1152(C) also asks for either an extra $200,000 surety or cash deposit, or recovery-fund participation with the required assessment. Check current ROC materials for which path applies to you.
